In 1980, local El Paso entrepreneur Fabiana Licon bought a Merle Norman Cosmetics franchise and transformed it into her own independent beauty salon. Guided by her vision to create a one-stop shop for professional salon services and beauty supplies, she expanded the business into a welcoming space that inspires relaxation and renewal for everyone who walks through the doors. Rooted in her strong family values, the salon radiates warmth, laughter and a joyful spirt- fostering a sense of community that has become the foundation of her lasting legacy.
